I just discovered they cancelled the wrong ticket My friend was unable to go because she had an accident I booked two tickets at different times and they cancelled mine instead of hers My ticket was the better ticket - of course

I am currently attempting to get a refund on my cancellation on my flight for one of their listed reasons The emails are short with little to no information or communication I have asked for where it states in the policy where it will not be honored to no response Update from response Your team did not handle this correctly at all I have yet to be provided with any documentation requested I have yet to be contacted after this review I will keep my one-star review and strongly encourage everyone with ears to avoid your services
