Beautiful shoes great customer service
I ordered Rovux Shock half size smaller from my size 10 foot because I noticed the shoes look pretty wide It arrived few weeks later and it turned out that it s still too big for me I was kinda dissapointed since I have been waiting for this shoes for a while and it didn t fit it was too long and wide So I emailed Rovux and to my surprise they responded immediately and asked me to send photo of the size and packing slip and then they told me the next day that they are sending size 9 at no charge What a great customer service I wish they would say on their website that their sizing is 1 size bigger so it doesn t get to waste because they told me that I do not need to return it Overall the shoes are so comfortable and beautiful I love it
