This company are useless you can t contact the and I don t want to deal with the organisers the use their platform or services I keep getting text confirming a purchase yet I haven t made any purchases You can speak to them about it and it s not only annoying and time consuming but it s also a worry that someone could be using our identities to make purchases What an absolute crap organisation STOP SENDING ME TEXT I WONT DEAL WITH ANYONE THAT USES YOUR SERVICE

I have nothing to do with Shopify but a minute ago l had a message on my phone saying your security number is I tried to contact Shopify to find out what is going on but it appears l need to subscribe to contact them Is it a marketing action

I made an online purchase from a company Goberub selling using the shopify platform I am familiar with shopify publicity through online ads Once payment goes through the tracking link and visit our store do not work The company has disappeared along with my payment Also no response to emails Buyers beware Do checks before shopping on this platform

Shopify are a terrible company to use Getting set up is not clear and straight forward There are lots of hidden costs i e PayPal and additional charges for each purchase ontop of what you already pay for the website You get countless scam emails from people trying to help you with your marketing You are told that you have to sign up for POS services and then get charged 69 a month for this I signed up because my app told me I had to so I could complete the set up for my website It did not tell me what it was or does and it certainly did not tell me that it would charge for it When I have tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back I have been told that I cannot receive a refund for the subscription and I will only receive a refund for one month of the POS despite having it for longer not using it and not being told what it is or that it will charge I will unfortunately have to keep my website going through Shopify as I have paid for this and have lost out on money

Bad company they won t let me cancel the subscription unless I pay them for the services I have not had Trying to take money out to cancel it but I don t want there month of services so why would I pay for something I don t get If I pay them to cancel I don t even get what I paid for

Ordered and paid for an item from Keepka on myshopify URL No item delivered and subsequently my order tracking link provided by email and their website store became unavailable Seemed bona fide at the time particularly with URL prefix https but it looks like it s scam site Stopped trying to contact myshopify shopify about the issue as they seem untouchable Luckily I paid for the item with a credit card and have received a refund from the card provider and is pending their further investigation My advice - DON T touch anything to do with shopify or myshopify

Absolute CROOKS I signed up for the trial After 1 day I could tell of the bat this was not a lucrative or profitable platform so I cancelled it on PayPal PayPal then locked me out of my account so I couldn t follow up what happened I stayed locked out for almost a year and they ve been milking out of my account relentlessly I want my money back now

Shopify allows scammers to use there platform stay well clear had to call bank to report the scam shopify should be shut down I say it again STAY WELL CLEAR

If you re US based not too bothered about SEO and want to spend lots of time and money trying to get things to work then shopify is for you if not keep looking for an e-com provider Have spent over a year trying to make this work at renewal they tried to renege on the yearly deal I was given Am still with them but not for long Huh this isn t the same happy clappy slick web 2 0 solution I keep hearing about is it Yes it is - and it has many failings I was previously on what I deemed a lesser system how wrong I was my SEO rankings which I had to pay an app shopify for to manage more easily have tanked my customers can t sort by size there s no UK regional shipping functionality - UK customers have been waiting over 2 years for a solution to segment the different UK shipping areas e g N Ireland Channel Islands there s no sorting by custom attribute You can t customise checkout the payment confirmation page useless but hey there s a Shopify POS solution and they have their own payment gateway for US customers only - all generously paid for by me and many other non-US Shopify customers who aren t getting any value whilst they continue to raise funds via investors O Very few free apps and those that are are poor Expect to pay for anything decent that should be there as default i e in-site search Google Shopping I got duped Shopify really isn t as good as it seems
