Opened a shop myself which worked out quite alright very basic so some of the problems below might come around later But it allowed me to open a shop in a couple of days work which is nice for a small place

Hello I have a shopify web site dnmclub com and I find them good to deal with I was very surprised to read the negative reviews below most of the reviews are not negative about shopify but the people who use shopify hit an run one comment I am not sure what Shopify can do about this I think every one need to check out who and what is the web site the people who build the site or provide the platform can not be responsible for every customer other happy shopify customers baya gr diesel ie to name two I think their price structure is very keen Liam

Reading these reviews I get the impression that most people writing about their awful experience the exception being the poor watch seller whose funds have been withheld don t understand what Shopify is Their issues appear to be with the websites businesses that are powered by Shopify Shopify in itself doesnt sell you goods a company or individual do I personally have not have many issues with them and my first online store was set up abroad in a difficult terrain but using Shopify made everything fairly easy

Brilliant simple site to earn a few pennies after spending pennies or pounds The only issue I have is the inability to delete receipts from months and months ago No need for me to keep them I don t want them kept but don t have an option to So have pages and pages of them now I definitely recommend to use though

I have been directed to this rating site by a Shopify competitor who is using it in their marketing and I am really shocked to see so man negative ratings We have run our store on Shopify for a number of years as we were advised by our last web developer who was excellent to do so I have not for one second regretted this decision hence the shock over the poor ratings and whilst I don t doubt for one minute that some are legitimate complaints it is fairly obvious that the majority are from people who think Shopify is the seller and a lot are from those who do not understand what Shopify is good at and what it is there for We had our store professionally set up got a couple of paid for apps and a free app and it all functions brilliantly for a low cost We have rarely had to contact support as everything was properly set up and when we have the issues have been sorted Not always as quickly as we would like but they never are with any company I think the fact that Trustpilot allows people who are not customers of a company to post is a little unfair although I understand how the those posting think they are In short I am a customer of Shopify my business has done ok with them and I don t have the need or desire to move eklsewhere

Really Enjoy using this platform and find it very intuitive

There s a strange mix of reviews here many of which seem to complaints about shops not the Shopify service We use Shopify for our shop and I have no complaints about it There are 1000 s of shops based on Shopify I m sure not all of them provide great service but that s not the fault of Shopify Shopify itself provides an excellent service

Lot of poor reviews on here which may give a very distorted view - I had a good experience and I thought I would add my view which is very good - I had a sale notification email problem - I contacted them via chat twice - they were quick to respond on both occasions and gave me advice which initially I thought was wrong but they were indeed correct and by following their advice my mail ISP was able to fix the issue - my thanks to Chris T

hands down the best ecommerce solution for small business Easy to set up and customise and payouts come regularly Their support team on live chat is exceptional Hav no idea why there are loads of 1 reviews but I have to say most of them seem to lack a basic understanding of what Shopify or have clearly not done the set up correctly

Amazing does the job well and had no problems so far
