Stolen Transaction

Terrible Transaction failed and support won t give me a refund All I am told is the transaction happened but the wallet is down 72 hours later and nothing Same canned response that I need to wait longer Feel like this company might be insolvent Update Worked with Brad awesome guy the support over at Simple swap and I was able to get a refund and then make a new request which worked I let them know communication could be better but I am happy they made it right in the end Changing to 4 stars as communication missed the mark a bit I would use them again

I did a swap where I deposit xrp but forgot to add the destination tag I imidiatly contacted the supportdesk via chat and they kindly responded Unfortunatly it took a day before i got my funds back Nevertheles they kept there promises

Recovered failed transaction is a relief considering so many centralized companies in crypto are not trustworthy I have used them several times over the past few years without any issue This last time I had a failed transaction and it did take a few hours to get the funds back and several emails but they took care of it Stephanie was very quick and responsive and answered all my questions
