Easy process of swapping and bridging all in one step For example if you want to swap ETH from an ETH wallet to BTC to send to a cold BTC wallet this will do it all in one step and it s seamless

Great alternative to an Exchange

I have so many obscure tokens across many chains Sometimes if you can t find the proper bridge Your coins are then stuck Especially with Kucoin not allowing USA customers Simpleswap io allows me to go from chain to chain It doesn t always go perfectly but their chat function and their support is on top of it I ve had them resolve many issues now and each time I m amazed by the customer support Shout outs to Brad and David on the support side I ve done 5 swaps now will do more

These guys REALLY got me out of a jamb I sent a token from the wrong network and they had it back in my wallet within 48hrs Practically saved my neck It was not a little stressful But they had my back the whole time I m sooo thankful

Reliable swaps meet professional customer service

My experience was a positive one The support analyst got back to me very quickly concerning 2 different issues with my swaps They made me feel they were there to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it completely and that is what they did They were very professional and easy to deal with I would gladly recommend them and will continue to do my swaps with them whenever possible

Fixed my issue and safe

Excahnge ID 6zf443p7bknlxr4sI performed a 23k swap and had my Binance wallet be the receiver Unfortunately the funds never showed up in my Binance wallet I contacted simple swap customer support and Stephanie was able to help me promptly She kept sending me a hash out link that was an error I initially thought it was lost or got scammed Stephanie provided me step by step instructions to tell Binance Support After a few hours the funds arrived safely This wasn t because of Simple Swap this was because of Binance Thank you very much simple swap for helping me through this scary moment where I thought I lost my funds

I have been using SimpleSwap for a sometime now - I choose to stay with this exchange because of their excellent customer support they are swift and efficient I recently had a problem that I thought was unsolvable and I reached to customer support I was fearful of loosing my coins because I had mistakenly sent to the wrong address - David responded and in a professional and efficient manner he resolved my issue I am more than grateful to SimpleSwap David

Timely response and resolution

I have used simpleswap several times A few times there were issues with the swap that I needed support for and they promptly responded to my inquiry and worked the issue until it was resolved Another update to this review is that I did another swap and forgot to put in the destination tags so I initiated a ticket and provided the tags They were immediately engaged and we got it resolved and they were able to return the sent coins back into my wallet I couldn t be happier with this support team
