The Tech Department is one guy with a binance account They give you a binance address to send to and then swap it on the exchange They have no ownership of their keys and cannot help you if there is an issue They will tell you to go to binance support with your problem Its not a swap site they are not escrow providers they just skim off binance trades Go with any other swap provider
