While their site says the swap will be finished within 60 minutes they are not able to process it in days Of course swap rate has changed over time so I am losing money here in any case Support sucks the big way as after several request they promised to fix it in an hour and did nothing I believe it is pure scam and I dont recommend to use it at all After reading support reply here to actually contact support I must admit they cant even read as I wrote i already did contact support several times The promised several times to fix it and they did nothing

I wanted to swap FLOW-ETH and sent coins to provided address Currently the support believes that they did not receive the coins despite the proof I sent They use the flowscan explorer which is not working properly and FLOW support recommends using a different one - flowdiver where you can check that the coins have been transferred to them I have the impression that the support is answered by a bot does not understand the proof I sent and can t check transaction UPDATE Problem solved

I submitted a swap over 12 hours ago and SimpleSwap has neither processed the swap nor issued a refund At one point they told me that the incorrect amount of funds for the swap was not in their wallet yet but I can see that it is based on the block explorer Do not use this site Do not trust this site 11 17 2023 Update SimpleSwap was able to complete the exchange and send it to my account It turns out that they had an API issue with one of their liquidity providers where my deposit was not showing up correctly on their systems They fixed and completed the exchange

TX failed waited more then 24 hours for a swap with -100 DollarNever got the feeling they were actually trying to help me

I sent them ethereum in exchange for solana and it was sent to a different solana wallet their support said I must have malware that auto changed the recipient address good luck with them

I initiated a transaction worth 1000 USD on Simpleswap io to trade from Theta token to another token I saw that my funds were received because the screen said confirming and I can see that my funds arrived on chain The support team said I can take a refund or receive the diminished rate and I chose the refund It is now 48 hours later and they have not sent in my funds Now Simpleswap support team has been saying Our system is overloaded and has been delaying with multiple messages saying their team has been working on it when this is false because all that needs to be done is a single action THE REFUND STAY FAR AWAY unless you like risk please note they are in the Marshall Islands UPDATE After threatening to place a bad review on TrustPilot and legal action they finally refunded the crypto after 3 days I appreciate this but not having a turnaround time for transactions is inexcusable

My funds are locked for over 5 days Several contacts with the chat and mail support always ended up in a technical issue that will be resolved within a few hours This is all nonesense I used this tool several times and had no issues But if you encounter issues your funds are locked and you have no way to get to your money Support seems not to care at all besides giving standardized excuses
