I had an exceptional experience with SimpleSwap team Stephanie was knowledgeable attentive and quick with her responses I was pleasantly surprised with the scope of their abilities to assist I pretty much gave the transaction ID and she did everything else I would highly recommend

their service exceeded my expectations You can always gauge the quality of a company s service not when things go right but when they go wrong and how quickly and correctly they respond This is my case with SimpleSwap I accidentally sent the incorrect amount for the swap and furthermore I did not specify a return wallet address I realized my mistake and sent a message to the SimpleSwap help Their automated system responded immediately and very shortly afterwards Stephanie responded she was polite and empathetic I explained my problem she requested some information from me and shortly afterwards they were able to return my crypto back to my originating wallet This too was very late my time I m very impressed and would recommend anyone to use this service
