I having my wifi connection issue for passed 3 weeks I went down to compass one StarHub store and told them regarding my wifi network issue the retail staff called me he cannot do anything and push to go call StarHub line 1633 to check After that I called 1633 and one of the technician name Sakon told me that my problem can be settle by today and need me to called in again by today due to I at outside she unable to check my wifi doubter issue And promised said my problem can be settle by today Around 7pm I called in again Waited for almost half an hour just wait for the technician answer the called The technician answered the called name Lexi call me unplug and plug back Wait another 20 mins After that just told me need tomorrow then they call me again to ratify the issue again And not sure can settle by tomorrow or not What the hell the service Is it the StarHub service and technician so unprofessional now

I m writing to complain about the service
I m writing to complain about the service StarHub offers I recently ordered the new iPhone 16 Pro Max and it is due to arrive from 9 am to 1 pm today but I did not get it I contacted the StarHub helpline and they did not help at all The people on the live chat was very defensive and did not provide simple information that I asked for I am just waiting for my phone to arrive and I did not get a heads-up that they would be late Highly recommended not to buy online despite the wait It is more convenient to buy in person

Absolutely horrible experience for home broadband First installer came had hardware issues and left Had to subsequently wait for ONE WEEK for next available installer who came and within 3 minutes said there was NO IP in my home and left Is this is joke Calling customer hotline is also extremely painful

THINK twice before signing up StarHub Star-plan Star-plan and Legacy-plan are different entities The two entities don t talk to each other when issues occur Don t get confused that they are one StarHub Star plan online chat can heighten your blood pressure to a different level Enjoy Furthermore you can t move between Star and Legacy plans Make your choice wisely

Starhub is getting from bad to worst
Starhub is getting from bad to worst the whole customer service chains broken hubtropper 1633 tech support customer care Just re-contracted problem started No Internet and cable TV for past 8 days CCTV camera to monitor my 89 years old mum all unable to work due to no Internet The whole chain of customer services are broken and cannot get their acts together From the point that the hubtropper came twice for on-site support to change the ONT modem routers nothing seems to work Hubtropper is more keen to leave for his next appointment rather than settling the matter or providing temporary solutions Existing Internet TV that worked end up not working regardless of wired or wireless Starhub staff whole chain sleeping and unsure what happening The starhub customer care seems don t know what they are talking They send the same inexperienced Hubtropper who blames the backend ever ready to dash for next appointment He keeps reporting as intermittent issue when we clearly reported from day one of installation its not working They wasted more than 8 days of mine trying to run through their SOP troubleshooting realizing its their own backend problems which is yet to be settled Seriously current Starhub customer services and supports is the WORST I ever encountered and i REGRET re-contracting for this nonsense They have the cheek to do customer satisfaction survey when nothing is sorted out

Terribler customer service last time
Terribler customer service last time had issue no internet took them 12 days to give me ip address at the endNow few months later called them day 3 calling them telling me backend team got reset ip but still no internet terrible customer service overall keep pushing bs excuses around to customer on off modem got use meh If got use no need so many technical teams at backend already with the no ip or missing configuration on modem

If I can give zero star I would I am supposed to be receiving a delivery today for my device I have waited til nothing I have feedback to their customer service about my concern And also agent cannot answer why I never received notification or message that the device is not possible to be delivered due to discrepancy of address Then At least should have taken action right away and can settle right away As of this moment my case hasn t been settled Very lousy Terrible I put the specified date of delivery coz I have some plans to attend to But then this happened

Starhub and Starhub-Biz what a fraud
What a fraud After returning back to SG after 4 months in the first few days used up about 60GB Impossible Can t go to any store because I m a Biz client Supposedly even better service than as regular consumer but no physical stores emails take 3-5 working days before receiving less than half an answer or solution Chatbot is a mess Calling is a nightmare menu is of no use as you are connected to people who let you explain your whole problem say the generic I m so sorry you experienced this feel that way and then inform you you re at the wrong dept and this continues many times Many people and depts answer to your case but again only half and are badly informed and make you jump hoops without outcome I was eligible for change or renewal of my contract but never came around to to so Now I wanted to quit Biz because it is a SCAM now they say no change of plan or downgrade allowed I can only explain this as Starhub greed 3 subscriptions lost because of this shameful mess they make Please keep away from this risky business and consider other options than Starhub Biz or Starhub altogether Be informed and take care
