Ordered shoes on 4 25 23 and they were supposed to be delivered on 4 29 23 The UPS driver stated they delivered my package but I didn t even get it Contacted Stadium goods multiple times UPS said they closed the case because the shoes couldn t be found They are waiting on stadium good in order for me to get a refund It s been over a month This whole experience was the worst shopping experience ever Literally lost a first and only time customer

Poor customer service and lack of communication

Stadium Goods has an interesting stock of apparel and shoes However their customer service is poor I found it impossible to contact them for any additional information And returning items is cumbersome especially if it s intercontinental In this case I prepared my return on their website only to find a short notice that item was non returnable because of final sale That should have been marked clearly when the initial sale was made Very stressful to deal with this I advise all non-USA buyers not to go there Watch very clearly wether you can return your purchase or not Good luck finding a living creature on the other side with sound advice and clear information

I ordered size 7 foam runners received 2 different sizes Contacted them but they said i couldnt get a refund due to the tag being removed even tho they messed up the order in the first place

Make sure that you are prepared to return the item within 3 days and do not cut off the tag so that you can actually try them on or they won t take them back at all Worst return policy I have ever seen worst customer service what a scam and now I have a 150 pair of shoes that are too big
