Totally amazing

Amazing staff electricians plumbers lift fitters Stiltz policy is to employ their own staff The lift was fitted in the hall and rises to the landing outside the bedrooms The coordinated efficient workforce completed the job in 4 days Wow has it changed my life I ve regained my independence I can go upstairs whenever I want to so can a chest of drawers the Hoover washing baskets the dog etc etc Thank you Stiltz Viewing available on request

Can t fault the customer service

Had an issue with the lift this afternoon that after talking with an engineer at around 17 30 I was not able to resolve myself After a drive of 3 hours he was at our house at 21 15 and fixed the problem in under half an hour Then he had to drive 3 hours back home Can t fault the customer service Stiltz talks the talk and walks the walk

Life regained

Fantastic from first visit right to the end Thorough surveys completed beforehand to ensure the safety of installation Excellent admin - calls and emails always acted upon Workers could not have been more helpful The house area was left usable safe and clean each day My blind husband was taken into consideration and lift control slightly adapted We celebrated the finale by all having a Cornish Pasty 100 happy - we can stay in our lovely house of 43 years

Highly recommended - a superb job

We received a first rate service from first contact through to waste collection Everybody turned up when they said they would worked hard cleanly and were polite and friendly Everything was completed bang on schedule Jason and Alex were our building team and Bill and Paul the installation engineers All were enthusiastic and superb

First class service

First class service from an excellent company We ordered a Trio through car wheelchair lift in 2022 Stilz agreed to install at a time of our choosing and were happy to hold the order over until we were ready Because we were building an external lift shaft it took sometime to find a suitable builder Here Stilz again came to our rescue and put us in touch with one of their subcontractors The work commenced in September and was completed in three weeks to a very high standard The Stilz installation engineers were friendly and efficient the lift install was completed in two days We would recommend this company to anybody looking to install a personal lift in their home

Great experience with this company from start to finish No pressure sales and a brilliant team of fitters Excellent customer relations staff too If you are looking for a lift we would fully recommend Stiltz Homelifts In our opinion it s much better than having to move to a bungalow or having a stairlift

Company very professional kept to appointments everybody I spoke to was able to answer any questions I raised Actual lift installation took four days people arrived on time very polite cleared up after themselves very little mess Given a demonstration on how to use the lift with the accessories Pleased it does not take too much space unobtrusive in corner of room Pleased with purchase certainly a benefit for my husband

My experience with Stiltz home liftsJust over a month ago I had my Stiltz lift installed and I am so pleased with it The workmen that came and fitted it were very professional and knew what they were doing They were so professional I would not hesitate to recommend Stiltz lifts to anybody

Excellent company

Very well organised and sympathetic company we were needing a lift so partner could be discharged from hospital so it was done very quickly Project management for a complex job was very good and the lead builder Andy was excellent Whilst the product is expensive reflect on the fact that the cost was equivalent to 27 weeks in a nursing home maybe less
