Professional and helpful team at every stage From our initial enquiry to the final handover of our lift we felt looked after Stiltz did a wonderful job and left our home clean and dust free at all times

The installation team did an excellent

The installation team did an excellent job of fitting the lift and cleaning up afterwards They explained the lift features and controls well We in particular my wife who uses a wheelchair find the lift a big improvement on the stairlift we had in our old house The only small problem is that it is quite a tight fit for the wheelchair and my wife has to manoeuvre it quite carefully to avoid hitting the lift door or the frame

Responsive and helpfful

We originally purchased the 3 floor extended travel Trio lift via a third party who delayed the installation several times then eventually on the first day when they were supposed to start cutting the holes decided that that could not proceed Stiltz stepped in and from that day with assistance from my builder who cut the holes they got the lift fitted within a few weeks they were extremely helpful The installation team Sam and Mike along with Will got the lift up an running solving all issues in a positive helpful manner Their attitude is a credit to Stiltz A big thank you to all involved I can now easily move up and down the levels This is fantastic and life changing for me

Professional Company with a Good Product

Stiltz appear to be a professional well organised company and we found everyone to be kind and helpful throughout the process of fitting our new lift respectful especially in the early stages of the fact that my husband was very ill Our building team Darren and Scott were skilled builders and joiners co-ordinating with electricians and plumbers as required and they worked in a helpful clean and tidy manner They took all the stress out of the job for us On the final day the installation team Bill and Paul were equally good We are now pleased with our new lift which is working well Thank you to all the extensive Stiltz team through sales planning installation and after sales

Seamless process

The whole process was seamless and efficient The salesman make it clear what could be done and where the lift could be fitted Then everything from survey through planning permission was handled for us The installation was completed in 2 5 days All those involved in the process were charming and the workman cleaned up after themselves We could find no fault in the whole process

Process from start to end was first rate No hard sell just useful information Kept informed at all stages and contacted by installers day before Building and installation teams arrived as scheduled and both were very professional did an excellent job and were very helpful Both product and workmanship are of a high standard and I would not hesitate to commend this company

Everything was done with care consideration for us and great workmanship It was a complicated installation and it needed to be done by an expert workforce which Stiltz provided Everyone doing the build was both caring charming and knew their business We are delighted with the finished product and it has been much admired
