This will sound too good to be true but believe me The company looked after us brilliantly Communications and personnel are excellent Office and site teams are efficient and polite They keep appointments let you know what s going to happen and when The installation process is a bit noisy but they don t waste time and leave no mess at all Our lift was installed four weeks ago and we love it

We are so pleased with our lift

We are so pleased with our lift We were thinking of moving to a bungalow as stairs were beginning to be a problem for both of us Since having our lift installed we can stay in our home forever Best thing we ever bought The men who installed it were so efficient and friendly and there was absolutely no cleaning up to do afterwards as they took great care in leaving our home clean and tidy We would highly recommend Stiltz to anyone who is considering having to move house for mobility reasons

Our experience of Stiltz has been a treat

From day 1 our experience of Stiltz has been a treat No pushy sales pitch just clear information and options experienced and skilled fitters and engineers and a beautiful lift that usually gets a wow as a response when visitors realise what that is in the corner of the room We installed our lift as a just in case but in fact it is used every day Our elderly arthritic dog uses it to get upstairs and down since my husband had a stroke in September it s a safe back-up plan if he s tired and if the dog will allow him in and it s brilliant for taking things upstairs

The first representative chose the best place of where to fit the lift The second member of staff who actually fitted the lift was professional and cleared the residual mess to the point of sweeping and mopping the area The lift has proven to be and continues to be extremely beneficial in that at age 88 I can no longer use the stairs I cannot recall the exact date it was fitted

Flawless and functional creation

I am a retired head of a large county council s community care operations My mobility is deteriorating and we did not want to leave our home or clutter the house with a stairlift After some research we chose Stiltz The whole process took around 3 weeks from first call to installation The entire process was stress free and flawless the guys doing the work were friendly trustworthy and helpful Most of all they did an excellent job with all rubbish removed immmediately after completion We now have a sleek and functional state of the art thru floor lift which we absolutely love
