As we are close to or just past 80

As we are close to or just past 80 we are future proofing our home so we don t have to move We just had our Trio Alta installed and can t say enough about the quality of the product the installation and the company that installed it We feel that we have made a wise decision toward making our lives easier

A fabulous affordable piece of kit

From start to finish the whole experience was painless with no heavy sales approach something that had worried me previously When the engineers came across unexpected impediments to installation involving additional steel supports they dealt with them professionally dealing with building control to ensure the highest safety standards This involved an additional 5 days labour charges of which they only added 1 days additional labour charge The lift has literally been a life saver as my wife has advanced chronic COPD and we love the look and safety features and ease of use Everyone comments it looks like something out of Star Trek it s so sleek and beautifully illuminated

A lift for every occasion

In an earlier experience report I mentioned that if you get stuck between floors the lift might cause a problem well of course it would and I did but the lift has an internal telephone and a call resolved that problem the same day and since that day NO further problems whatsoever The lift is a fantastic piece of equipment apart from having a knee problem for negotiating stairs I recently fractured my shoulder and without my lift there was no way I could have negotiated the stairs The lift was an absolute godsend I could not have lived without it Well done Stiltz

From the very beginning with the initial construction to the finished product I have never seen such polite men with an equal work ethic They cleaned as they went each day The pets were never in harm The finished product is awesome Couldn t be more pleased

From start to finish Stiltz were professional and responsive The survey building and installation Teams were excellent We had one issue with the placement of the electric breaker switch but that should be resolved soon Cannot praise Stiltz professionalism enough
