Just renewed my Motorhome insurance

Just renewed my Motorhome insurance through Think insurance I was assisted in this process by Jack who did everything he said he would even phoning me back when it was more convenient It s lovely to get good customer service which is sadly lacking with many companies

I spoke to Rob regarding insuring a new vehicle He was very helpful and polite and explained to me everything I needed to know to understand my policy He was very friendly to talk to and provided excellent customer service I would be more than happy to recommend anyone to speak to Rob regarding insurance

Contacted Think Insurance on receipt of my renewal policy and spoke to Ellie I had 2 3 queries from the renewal policy sent through Ellie dealt with those very quickly and efficiently which resulted in another years insurance renewal Everything was made clear and handled both efficiently and very professionally
