Took out a new renewal as previous insurance company was too high very easy to talk to very helpful and very reasonably priced extremely happy with the service highly recommend

Although waiting times are getting

Although waiting times are getting longer to get through the customer service is exceptional and you always speak to someone who can speak and understand English which is becoming rare with call centers these days

Think Insurance are an excellent company and the agent Courntney Cox that I dealt with was very thorough and also excellent The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is that the call took nearly 20 minutes to pay my yearly premium There must be an easier way of covering everything

Good value poor on returning calls

Much as we re happy with the cost etc of our insurance we weren t terrible impressed with the lack of return calls when promised On 3 separate occasions we were promised a return call in 20 mins not one of these calls was returned the same day - one took 3 days another we gave up waiting and rang them 2 days later Pleasant and efficient enough once on the phone - hoping we don t need to use them for a claim
