Thomann asked me to give a general review Is suppose the last 15 years or so being a loyal customer I guess I would suggest that this fact speaks for itself Seriously prices are according to the market service is great Not only pre-sales but much more important the after-sales Also the way the different departments respond to good and less good formulated questions is in general outstanding Much more customer friendly than many of the Dutch music-stores on internet Their respinses are often too blunt indifferent and not very polite For some people sometimes it s hard to make a choice Only salesmen with a musician-heart are able to advice customers-in-doubt in a fair way Not everything is 100 Communication about products are often done in English And also the delivery is sometimes quite unpredictable Both aspects are not caused by Thomann MusikHaus but are serious considerations to reflect upon a little before ordering

Its my third purchase with them and has always been very nice Very fair price and great great service
