Outstanding customer service

My initial purchase with Thomann was quick and easy and the despatch was fast Sadly the UK courier Thomann use was DHL they were next to useless failed delivery lies about delivery and parcel whereabouts But Thomann helped get the matter sorted As it was I needed to return my purchase and Thomann were absolutely fantastic about this They were very helpful all through the process I won t hesitate to recommend them as a great seller with great customer service I will definitely be buying from them again in the future
