The 3 year warranty has saved my

The 3 year warranty has saved my speaker at no extra cost One day my Presonus Temblor T10 subwoofer stopped working and switching the fuses didn t fix the problem but after a quick email exchange and a support ticket on their website I got a pre-paid postage slip and had the speaker sent fixed and returned in just 2 weeks Excellent customer service

Excellent service once again Wanted to edit my order but it was too late Instead they gave me a code for free shipping so I was able to order the stuff I forgot with no extra cost

Thomann is always amazing I bought all my equipment 5 guitars included from them The Harley Benton brand is a real bargain and the couple of times I had a minimal issue I was very well sorted no questions asked On top of that you will be buyin from an european family brand
