Didn t deliver over the weekend even though I paid for the service Split the 2 package order without notice

Positive - Superfast next day free delivery on my order - Safe packaging - Official Makita dealer Negative - One of 4 items - 18V battery arrived functional but damaged body Two defects probably caused by dropping the item Also multiple scratches Could not been damaged during shipping because package had plenty of wraps - The ToolStore UK site does not tell you when it logs you out I started browsing the site being logged in By the time I paid for my order I was loggged out therefore no history of my order in the account moreover no invoice available to extend Makita 3yrs warranty - Beware of the prices For some items you may get a very good deal other items price is way higher than market average

Had no problem ordering or purchasing my product Then I had a text from delivery company with options so I chose leave in a safe place my shed not difficult But guess what he leaves it by my front gate in full veiw of the road Not to smart

Triple check details

All the items I ordered were really good quality well pack and I did not need to send any items back The only slight problem was the fact that my complete order arrived one day late and this was due to the carrier not collecting the items for dispatch That said I would like to commend ToolStore for keeping its customers aware of the delivery problem Most other companies would have just let things take their course without informing and apologising for the delay I would definitely recommend ToolStore and I will be using them again in the future DJF
