Fantastic Customer Service

I am a new customer of Toolstore UK and registered an account as they stock a brand of cleaner lubricant which i have been using now for years Sadly the formula of this product has now changed but Toolstore UK were not aware of this neither was I so they still had the old formula listed on their site for sale Email communication was great from them and the matter was resolved quickly i was issued a full refund and also told to keep the product that was supplied with their compliments It wasn t an expensive item so probably cheaper than returning it with the cost of shipping nowadays Thanks Toolstore UK will definitely use again and anyone reading this take note buy with confidence Great company doing business online the way it should be done

Brilliant company Always hard to be on prices but the customer service is the best you ll get If a delivery gets lost it s 2 minutes on WhatsApp and you re back to work Delivery with dpd also mean you don t lose time waiting around My week is busy enough without having to worry about tools turning up 1st online place I go to now
