I can t fault the ease of ordering and

Although not the companys fault there was quite a long wait for stock to come back in i waited quite a few weeks for a particular item which i did manage to get and was delivered without damage However i have never ordered anything that didnt give adequate delivery options Twp options-next day delivery 5 or standard delivery 10 where else is standard delivery higher It forces the customer to go for next day and then it didnt even come the next day and was more like standard anyway but the point is standard delivery for 10 is absurd and i wouldnt buy from tool store in future unless that changes Having items cheaper doesnt mean you should rip customers of with delivery fees-completely defies the point of attraction to the company

I can t fault the ease of ordering and speed of delivery however the parcel arrived completely open at the bottom Although I believe nothing turned out to be missing the contents had clearly been tampered with Whether by criminal intent or reckless handling this is your worst nightmare when buying a high value item - in this case a 600 Stihl saw Customer services were very helpful in flagging up the courier however more secure packaging is required by the supplier to make tampering less easy

Next day delivery not happened

Next day delivery not happened Had to chase them and received 6 days after purchase If i wasn t chasing it im sure it would be even longer

I ordered some drill bits - they delivered them They then solicit feedback hence two stars If they had done anything exceptionally good or bad then maybe feedback would be valid but they didn t They say feedback helps to improve customer satisfaction - it doesn t Doing an outstanding job improves customer satisfaction

Badly packed

I didn t expect to be that bad for that much money One of the locks didn t work And is was full of holes the box disappointed about the product I only give this stars only for the delivery man coz is was very heavy and he is to Cary it
