When I purchased it it clearly stated next day delivery I purchased on a Tuesday afternoon around 1300 hrs To be informed by email 2 days later that it would be here Monday 8th It s Monday 8th 23 30 and still not here

good price but once again IV31 postcode has been ripped off by your couriers if you are delivering to the north of scotland please use royal mail until you do i will not order from you again local firms prices might be a bit higher but with free delivery amounts to the same price

Sadly they use DPD who are extremely poor When delivery issues are encountered Toolstore customer service department are not prepared to help Frustrating Still not received my goods I can t make it any clearer to DPD and Toolstore are not inclined to help I ll try elsewhere

Best price for the item I was looking to buy was a little unsure as never heard of toolstore but very pleased as product was delivered in good time with no problems at all

Lost Parcel Wouldn t recommend to anyone They left my parcel with a neighbour apparently and now they are attempting to wash their hands of the issue Apparently leaving parcel with people you haven t specified or that you even know is ok Probably going to have to go to my credit card company to ask for a charge back Wish I d just used Amazon instead and these businesses wonder why less and less people frequent them
