Fantasic service from Richard who kept me up-to-date with my order found a suitable alternative when my original choice failed the inspection which was a good sign that they carefully check the goods before they sell them and then took plenty of time to ensure that my final choice was exactly what I wanted A really good experience - just what I had hoped for I will definitely be back

Top Notch in Every Way

I was on the hunt for close to a year for a Tudor Ranger Heritage that was at a certain price point Watchfinder had one in their possession one day when I randomly checked so I thought why not and put in my offer which was fair but I figured it would get denied They accepted and the entire process was professional polite attentive and friendly I didn t feel like the low end of the totem pole because I had gotten a deal on a luxury watch whereas some companies can smell it on you when you re not able to cough up 10K for a watch on the spot Jay Wingo at WF made me feel completely at home and was incredibly courteous throughout the process what up Wingo Thank you for the watch that I ll have forever and I ll be a customer for life as well

Great watch Easy responsive and quick service

The browsing and ordering process was straight forward There was a minor delay in the order being dispatched due to difficulty locating the box and papers When I called up the customer service rep was apologetic and looked into the issue when it looked like the box and papers couldn t be found he was negotiating a discount with his manager when he was notified they had found them The watch was dispatched and arrived the next day before midday and was in good condition
