Cracking olive oil, arrived next day

The Tuscan extra virgin oil has a proper peppery finish that I've not found in supermarket bottles. Ordered late afternoon and it turned up the following morning, boxed up really well with no leaks.

Panels look brilliant in my living room

I ordered these for my living room and they went up nicely. The colour is lovely and cutting them to fit was straightforward. Delivery was a couple of days later than first suggested, but I was kept informed.

Good fitters, but drawn-out scheduling

The fitters themselves were fine — courteous, tidy, knew their trade. My complaint is purely about the admin side. I was given an installation date three weeks out, then pushed back twice with very little notice. The first time was apparently a survey issue that could have been sorted before the date was booked. Eventually the job went ahead and the windows are fine, but the waiting around and chasing by phone got tedious. A bit more communication would go a long way.

Fine, but statements could be better

Generally a decent place to keep savings. The interest rates stack up well against the big names. Only thing I'd improve is how statements are laid out in the document section, they're not where you'd naturally look for them and I ended up ringing up to ask.

Support fixed my booking

The confirmation was later than the time they first gave me, so I was a little worried. I messaged support and they replied fast, checked the order, and sent the missing details. It worked for my visa application, and I'm glad I gave them a chance to fix it.
