have been dealing with the very lovely and kind Sam I had an outstanding debt with an old Credit Card and I am so thankful for all of Sam s help and assistance in getting a payment plan sorted for this amount I was unwell at the time and unable to keep up with my payment and through Sam s health and understanding I have managed to set up a comfortable and affordable payment plan for myself It was a really nice phone call and it felt like I was talking to a friend he didn t make me feel uncomfortable about this old debt that I had I m very thankful to Sam and if you get to speak to him to sort out any problems that you have then you are very lucky He has a credit to the company

Had a fairly large debt passed to this company but the online portal made it very easy to pay off as and when I could instead of large monthly direct debits Staff was always great with no bully boy tactics which actually motivates you to clear the debt as your not feeling pressured or bullied No complaints at all

I spoke to Graham on the phone he was a very kind and understanding individual I opened up about why and how i ended up in debt and he listened and was very accommodating I spoke about my options and i am now actually excited to get my debt paid off rather than anxious and avoidant Speak to them as they are normal people just like you simply trying to help you

I was called today by a lovely lady from cabot to setup a payment plan After this business was completed i happened to mention i wasn t working at the moment due to my mental health situation The lady from cabot gave time to listen to my health problem and gave me great reassuring advice and compliments on my progress in getting well again I did not expect to be discussing my mental health with a debt collector However this lady from cabot was fantastic towards me I thank her for her time and wisewords she gave me Thankyou cabot for hiring wonderful employees who know genuinely how to treat there clients
