I have just finished a phone call with Mark It was an annual review which I had been putting off as I was worried I would be expected to up my payments by a big amount I honestly cannot say how empathetic and understanding Mark was He listened to all my circumstances and managed to remember everything I said and relay it back to me getting it all correct He spoke to me about how there was no pressure and how I could control if my payments went up or down at anytime I felt so reassured and relaxed Someone like Mark is the sort of person that would give me confidence to contact a debt recovery company rather than put it off in the future I really hope he is recognised for how well he does his job and the positive effect he has on the customers he speaks to He has a lovely nature about him that you can hear just in his voice Thank you Mark

I spoke to Mohammed who was fantastic at going through my situation and suggesting multiple different options for me I had wanted to settle the debt completely but with his input I realised I was better off increasing my monthly payment amount It was very important to him that the solution we agreed wouldn t impact me in any bad way This is the last of my bad debts that I built up about ten years ago after getting ill that I m paying off and if you re reading this and sticking your head in the sand as I did for years please just call them You ll feel better just for taking the initiative and making the call and they really don t bite Many thanks Mohammed

Firstly I don t believe any of these so called 5 star reviews Such a bad company put information on my credit report in a wrong name admitted they cocked up and paid me compensation and it s still on there That s how useless and thick they are
