Occasionally Clueless

We ve agreed a settlement figure paid my instalments as agreed and have asked this most idiotic clueless company about 80 billion times via all possible communication channels to send me the email confirmation of the settlement figure Two months on - still nothing the account still shows the original amount Update 22 10The issue has been resolved - thanks I wish I didn t have to needlessly spend a total of 20-ish hours of my life to sort this out A small upgrade from 1 to 3 stars for a quick response on Trustpilot

Online experience very good - easy to set up payment plan I gives only 3 stars because I found phone customer service adviser difficult to understand my circumstances and pushing me for payments I can t afford

I m happy with the arrangements I made to make payments and have been making them as arranged but they keep bothering me with reviews making me go through incomings and outgoings all over again when my situation hasn t changed if I was rich enough I d pay the feckers off to get rid and if I was any poorer and couldn t keep payments up if ring and let them know I hate talking on the phone as a whole so just leave people alone if they are paying debt and not got in contact there s absolutely no need for the frequent reviews it s stressful and life is stressful enough it s not necessary for people that are keeping up with the arrangements made

I received a phone call from Cabot about an account that was currently on hold with them I have 3 accounts with them and already contacted them a month ago to inform them of a change in my personal circumstances The agent on the phone seemed blissfully unaware of this and continued in what I can only describe as a very scripted format It would be nice to be listened to and any responses were based on the subject matter discussed Not a great experience

Like other companies just another cold hearted debt company very vague and unhelpful on the phone although their telephone manner was polite at all times investigation department act like they are above everybody when they are clearly not best in future is just try not to get into any debt then don t have to deal with these people it s only 3 stars because it was sorted out quickly and they was polite on the phone but nothing else
