I was very impressed with the agent I spoke to with regards to my outstanding debt issues I believe if you are honest and speak openly about your debts then the people at Cabot are sympathetic to your difficulties Over the years when I have spoken to Cabot I have always been impressed with helpful attitude I would recommend Cabot to anyone who enquired about them Thankyou for your help and understanding

I spoke to Steve Cooper this morning at Cabot What a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who genuinely cares about the customer I want to give a big shout out to him He made a very difficult conversation very easy and was very accommodating to my mental health needs We need more customer advisors like Steve

Nicole Scott has literally been an angel sent from heaven She has been the only person so far who has been patient kind and understanding out of all the people I ve dealt with so far As I ve been battling a sickness for months now and cannot physically go to work Nicole has made my life so so much easier to manage in terms of what I can manage financially until I get back on my feet Thank you so much Nicole You are an absolute star

Rebecca was amazing I had been so scared to answer the telephone She listened to me when I explained my personal circumstances and was very empathetic She made me realise that it was in my best interest to engage with Cabot finacial so we could work together to resolve the outstanding debt without pushing me to agree to something that was not sustainable

I contacted Cabot Financial on Monday the 28th October spoke to a young lady called Megan She understood the situation had the huge responsibility for taking a payment from me Throughout the phone call Megan was very pleasent calm very respectful from the beginning of the phone call to the end of the phone call Megan actually gets 10 STARS from me for the way that she handled the call Megan was very professional in the way that she conducted herself
