I bought a new house and called Xfinity Comcast last week to help get me started with cable service in my new home I asked if there were any new customer incentives The customer sales Rep Adam Mitchell in CT was very knowledgeable about promotions packages and services available He was a delight to work with extremely professional articulate and succinct Feeling great about my experience

Incredible service experience I was on the phone when the call failed Before I could call back she called me An hour and a half later a service tech arrived and fixed our issue in 10 minutes He Kelly then offered to check the other 4 TVs before he left Courteous professional high sense of urgency and great customer service orientation that could be well emulated by many other companies We couldn t be happier that we chose Infinity John D retired Fortune 50 Executive

I am 80 years old I started my internet journey with AT T and an ISDN line back 45 years ago I went Direct TV then Dish I have now been a Comcast customer for 3 years I am very pleased with my Internet service and TV service for a price I can afford When I have had a problem I called and after the usual wait the person on the line fixed the problem for me I am pleased with Comcast

Arnie is the best from Comcast Business

I would first like to say that Arnie came out to install our phones for our office and went ABOVE BEYOND to help us He was absolutely wonderful in assisting our setup and even organized our pile of wires for us Such a kind and joyful soul I 10 10 would recommend anyone to comcast business for their internet or phone system Also Chris our rep was amazing in his communication and assistance Not to mention the affordable pricing This review was well deserved

I was content with my service but my monthly cost was getting too high I spoke to 2 agents who could not help me reduce my cost today I tried one last time before switching to ATT and Melissa who has 30 years experience told me about a loyalty discount and other savings over all reduced my bill she is the best one I ve ever spoken to at Comcast
