Fixinng the Problem Follow up from 1 25 2023 To whom it my concern I Mr Domingue I m weighting a resolve review from a review that I wrote on 1 25 2023 I wrote a review about a matter that was with Comcast Internet services At the time of the review there was a situation to ware Comcast have charged my 19 teen year old Daughters charge card for a payment of 155 74 that she hade no Idea or concerns to her As of February 1 2023 Comcast corrected the issue with the charge to my Daughter s credit card Comcast refunded the amount Myself and my Daughter still do not know how her card information was retained At this time I would to thank Comcast Internet services for taking time to investigate this matter father and seeing that my Daughter had no connection to this matter at hand They resolved this issue and they also restored my Daughters faith in knowing the wright thing will take place in the long run As it stands with me now Comcast Internet services are capable of doing the wright thing if it is proven the consumer is correct

Dan Jennings is awesome

Dan Jennings was our technician who came out to investigate why our internet was spotty and glitching He was able to identify the problem due to an old wiring connection During his time he was very polite friendly and professional He explained everything very clearly and was thorough in his investigation I was very pleased with his service and kindness We are not having anymore internet connection problems

Very sad business practices

We have had Comcast for over a decade and they have very pleasant people that would help if they could Comcast products seem to be OK with the exception of Internet Absolutely terrible I can t remember a day in all those years where we had a complete day of uninterrupted service We finally got AT T and we haven t had one day where it was interrupted Wonderful service Now the cost of Comcast is ridiculous Months and months we have been getting an Error window on our television screen We have to call the office they say yes there is a problem We spend hours literally on the phone with either no or a temporary solution Last week we finally got a Comcast Technician with 19 years of experience who fixed our problems without hesitation He was a Godsend We haven t had any problem since his visit The problems were totally basic My guess is the problem mainly rests with the Managers and Supervisors in Customer Service Your staff is not qualified to solve problems They need training and you re setting them up for failure due to the lack of it Most of the staff In foreign countries maybe smart but you mostly can t understand them We the customers are beyond frustrated in dealing with the time it takes to have service we are paying a fortune for to be in working order We are elderly and Comcast should be ashamed of how they conduct business We have precious time left on this planet Why do you think we should spend it on trying to enjoy a basic pleasure Be honest and do your jobs right the first time Thank you

Channels freezing

Recently I had my cable box upgraded and shortly afterstarted having some channels freezing and sound disappearing ISPN TV Land etc I read reviews and found other people were having the same problem without resolution I said not Comcast they always solved my problems So I called 1-800-COMCAST AND DIDN T HAVE TO TALK TO AN AGENT The automation system fixed my problem on the spot Now I am enjoying watching Gunsmoke again Soo what is theirproblem I am a 72 year old Stroke survivor who enjoyswatching the Westerns Thank you COMCAST Karen Grant
