Service is pretty reliable but

Service is pretty reliable but the company severely overcharges for its services and routers They also charge a fee to send a service tech to your home even when the issue is with their service or equipment

Not reliable or knowledgeable

Every time I have to call Xfinity I dread it b c they are not knowledgeable on how their own products work and it is such a grueling process to get them to understand the basics I use google in order to find answers and fix my issues with internet account billing etc Works most times You re better off trying google first to save time and frustration They also tried doubling my bill claiming it was a glitch in the system However they do make me feel like a rocket scientist every time I have to call so I will give it 2 stars

Been having internet access point

Been having internet access point issues the last 2 months and Xfinity was blaming the lgtv - the tv technician came and diagnosed its Xfinity signal interferences that s causing the problems and Xfinity still charged me 171 for the Xfinity service call Been trying to get credit from Xfinity and no response Worse customer service

At least 3-4 hours on support last two months going through automated prompts after their auto withdrawal for monthly payment didn t work Received reactivate and late fees 2 2 12 -3 hours today to get auto pay onto the correct account Less than one star

Contract 12 months internet only 65Expired last month Renewed at 55Received a bill for 240Cancelled auto pay from checkingWilling to pay 10 more to use VISA so that I dispute Jul 3 Comcast supervisor ID 4942005 is the highest on the floor As for the last four calls in the last four months she promised to eliminate the extra charges but she can t promise I will not get a bill for 200 more next time She claimed whatever she is promising can not be sent via email text or postal service

XFINITY - NO internet every couple of months

Every couple of months my wifi stops working The XFINITY modem displays an orange light which means that my internet is down and it continues down for at last a few hours How can we rely on such service I work from home and must have good and reliable wifi but this Xfinity issue happens frequently even though I pay more to have a great connection Additionally XFINITY customer service takes a long time to respond Such a bad service

Which way did he go George

It was simple and quick to get my Xfinity service hooked up About 2 months into my service I kept receiving Emails from Xfinity say they received my request to cancel my service This happened 3 times in 2 days Now I m trying to call them for the 3rd time and I m communicating with a robot that refuses to conect me with a live agent When I did talk to a live agent they couldn t give me a reason why this cancelation order was submitted I do not recommend

Costumer service is no good

The internet is okay works well but the costumer service is absolutely horrible I called xfinity to fix my cable since it fell down and they just close the case and did not care plus the tech people to come fix never came i had to call 4 times and nothing i only recommend you to buy it if you never had any cable problems or something like that

This is so frustrated about comcast

This is so frustrated about comcast customer service it is always hard to get some help about my account super expensive just the internet service and yet when it comes getting some help on the phone or online live chat is very POOR and Frustration Today almost half of my day trying to get some help to reset password and getting help online nothing is been solved I got finally answer over the phone after all those steps the he was asking me I did it nothing works Yet he put me on hold on the phone waiting for nothing So hang off after waiting for over 25-30 minutes Regardless I have spent half of my morning waiting for the support live chat online nothing is working I AM STILL HAVE ISSUESS TO LOG IN I CANNOT LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT I ONLY HAVE INTERNET SERVICE I PAY 85 A MONTH IT IS FREAKING REDICLUOUS
