Marie was truly helpful I have been having a lot of issues with crate club and to be honest if it wasnt for her id probably be leaving shes a great assest to your company I hope things with crate club get better and they can get their act together so we can stay with them but know marie is a saint to keeping your customers

My initial box didn t not get shipped for some reason I reached out to customer service and they were able to expedite the box I appreciate the reps ability to take ownership and provide a solution

My husband saw an ad for Crate Club maybe on Facebook and tagged me in I immediately purchased a subscription as a Christmas gift His first package was crazy good The subsequent packages were awesome but not nearly as exciting as the first Each package has something he can use on a daily basis as well as products that are specialized He still gets super excited when I let him know there is a package on the way I have contacted Customer Service a few times couldn t as for a better group of people Keep up the good work
