So at first I was upset because I never received my crate but I emailed them about what happened and they promptly emailed my crate Thank you Update Ok So I received the Crate which was a small box containing 3 items A splash-proof speaker which was pretty cool a cheap knife and a book that was written by a veteran Ok a book Maybe if it was a survival type book or something but this is just a book about this guy s life My life is crappy enough so why would I want to read about someone else s crappy life This is in no way downing this veteran for his service For that I thank you But for this crate you need to find better items I see better options I will try On a lighter note they did promptly resend my box

I ordered a platinum crate for 399 as a gift I had very high expectations I was worried based on other reviews on the Internet Especially afraid of receiving a box of items that have been coming from CC for the last year The chat agent at the time assured me my Crate would have new items No CC house branded items Well my Crate arrived full of CC branded items Not good and disappointing I got on the chat and spoke to Cane As it turns out my Crate was missing some items She put in a warehouse request to get those to me Even better she followed up with me the next day and provided shipping details Great customer service Honestly I did not expect this level of customer service based on the product Usually they go hand in hand Great job Cane

EDIT so after writing the initial review I was contacted by Brandon Webb He was very apologetic and truly wanted to do what he could to help He ensured he did everything he could to make it right and he did The only people that talk about great customer service are those who were fixing payment issues so the company could get more money or some minor issue This is an absolute garbage company with a garbage product all they are worried about is getting more money I signed up for the premiere membership that was supposed to have quality gear Instead I got a bunch of crap that is just for their advertisement whiskey glass with their logo crap leather coaster with their logo notebook with their logo dog tag bottle opener with their logo etc trinkets you could get from a dollar store maginfying reading glass which i got in two separate packages and then only a couple items of actual usable gear climbing rope tiny medical kit which amounted to basically a first aid kit 1216 95 for a bunch of garbage Since the original order my disability has gotten worse and I had to have an emergency spinal surgery 100 disabled combat vet on my lower lumbar and undergoing physical therapy for not only it but an injury on my upper spine as well Due to all of this I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal I am now unemployed due to the 100 disability I noticed the pending auto renewal charge on my bank account the morning of renewal I immediately contacted customer service and they told me it was too late but they could offer a 10 discount at their store I explained the entire situation and the fact I need that money to provide for my son and they told me they wouldn t issue a refund I had it sent to a supervisor at which point when I was contacted I was still told they wouldn t issue a refund but now they could give me 20 off more garbage in their store They don t care about people they don t care about veterans they don t care about military They care only about profits and making money from people Please DO NOT waste your money on this garbage Not only is it not worth it but as other people have said they will continue stealing your money I highly doubt this company has any affiliation with any veteran especially not any prior operators

I started getting this subscription for my boyfriend last year after her showed interest in it Some of the crates are awesome with great life hacks some are less than stellar with book downloads and website video subscriptions that he doesn t use but I am sure there are some people out there who would enjoy this The BIGGEST issue that we have with the box is that we have had to follow up multiple times for a shipping status update - other than that great box

The customer service is amazing I received 6 months of crates for Christmas and the value is there in what they send Some issues shipping to Canada but a delivery site in the US took care of that Stupid Customs Crate Club is a great gift for for any gear junkie If it wasn t for the border issue it would be 5 stars But that is not the fault of Crate Club

This was an unexpected gift I just opened my first crate not knowing what to expect Got two items -- a heavy-duty bottle opener dog tag necklace and the business end of a fishing spear stick not included The spear head looks pretty wicked and is of high quality I ve never considered trying to spear a fish but now I can and who couldn t use another bottle opener

I had an issue and I hadn t received a crate and wasn t able to login I still have yet to receive a crate signed up in July and won t see it until September-October That seems kinda long so the jury is still out on that aspect of the service However the service I received while chatting today was phenomenal Quick accurate upbeat - GREAT

Oliver was able to answer my questions even though he confused me due to my own doing he was able to explain why I was confused and clear thing up for me He even offered to help me fix my mistake Oliver was very helpful and took the time to explain everything I had questions about and made sure I understood everything and refused to leave me with unanswered questions He was very helpful
