Crate Club Great Gift

Crate Club is a great idea and was a fun gift for a friend I would say I was not quite overwhelmed by the value that he got in the crate but again I was using one of the more budget-friendly options 100 ish dollar range There was one pretty useful item flint ceramic sharpener combo thing one fun item frog fishing spear end and a bit of odds and ends little things bags bottle opener necklace ect overal a fun subscription if you can afford it

Solid quality gear no cheap stuff

I like the things I receive in my Crate They are things that I might not normally think to buy for myself The quality of those items is also very good no cheap gear So good job on that front Consider adding some books or manuals about prepping shooting survival camping tracking hunting ect Maybe some coupons as a bonus

If you want top notch equipment for hiking hunting fishing camping you ve got to join crate club They are very professional Customer service is awesome The are eager to answer questions and help in any way they can

Ever since I signed up I ve been nothing but impressed with everything I ve gotten stuff I never heard of and I love it Being medically retired from the Marines I have put some of the items to my abuse and it holds up if not better than expected Keep up the good work team and keep it coming Thank you

Extremely useful

Received some really cool gear that is extremely useable Stuff I didn t even know existed Not everything is 5 stars but most of the products if you live and active outdoors lifestyle you will absolutely love

I really enjoy my monthly packages and the surprise of opening it to reveal cool and useful items One item I received was a double insulated water bottle I had grown very attached to it and carried it everywhere including to Mexico for a work trip Unfortunately it got stolen while I was there I searched on line and couldn t find the exact brand to purchase another one I contacted customer support and Cane did some digging found they still had one in stock and immediately sent me another one I am anxiously awaiting it s delivery I am so pleased with the speedy response customer service and personal attention that Cane provided Thank you so much Best Zahra

This company is great

This company is great My husband has loved all his products and any concerns I had were always quickly addressed and if anything needed to be fixed was done so immediately This being said I had very little issues maybe 2 in the whole year and more than not it was a delivery driver issue not a company issue but they still tried or did rectify it even though it was not their fault I would highly recommend them and customer service is great

I recently had multiple problems logging into the SOFREP website as it was migrated to an entirely new system I was contacted by Cherry J at support crateclub Over the course of the next 2 days she worked relentlessly to help solve the problem which was on my end The problem was with my web browser yet she was finally able to detect and help me fix it She is truly an asset to your company and it was a pleasure to work with her

Only dealing with their online support

Only dealing with their online support for the SOFREP app but customer service was nothing short of phenomenal Febray was lightning fast to respond with my issue and saw it out through the whole correction process Wish everyone was so thorough Outstanding work guys keep rolling
