I love Crate Club Recently I received my quarterly crate I received the axe and arrow head Survival Card It came without the arrowhead I sent Marie pictures of the package She sent it forward without a question I love that the customer service takes our word They don t treat their customers like they are liars who are trying to get something for nothing They realize that their clients are mostly retired or former military We have a code and live it Thank you for treating us as above all the rest Sincerely Steven E Swiger Punisher

I got a gift subscription for my son who is a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper assigned to their Emergency Services SRT Unit I ve had the subscription for over a year and this year decided to upgrade a level Cain B was very courteous patient and helpful with me while I navigated through this transition Thank you

I had to call Customer Service due to a shipping issue with my recent crate The problem did not originate from CrateClub but from the shipper DHL and USPS They re basically in transit limbo But Sam P helped me out immediately and is shipping a new crate no questions asked Now that s proper customer service

When the world shut down in WA and we couldn t go anywhere in 2020 I thought this would be a great gift idea for my husband and a few years later it still is He looks forward to his quarterly surprise We did have an issue with our first couple of boxes but after that it has been a very pleasant experience so much so that I recently upgraded his box

Product quality is improved

I have been a member for around 3 years I get some of the poor reviews from the past I was thinking of dropping my membership but kept getting busy and forgetting until the next box was on its way The quality of products in the last couple boxes has renewed my faith ZT0350 knife They have included something that I didn t know existed or knew I needed The previous box had a 2 gallon portable pressurized shower Works great to clean the dog after he rolls in a fresh cow pie huge

This is a straight up survival equipment with out the search Done by people who know what is important for challenging situations To be honest I look forward to receiving the box for the last two months and hopefully from here on out

BEST GIFT EXPERIENCE EVER

I began with CC several years ago as a Father s Day gift for my husband It was an okay gift to begin with but within the last year HAS BECOME AWESOME Our military son routinely pillages his box and when I can I order extras for him I cannot recommend enough this company as their choices are unique well planned and useful BEST GIFT EXPERIENCE EVER
