Great customer service when I had questions Chat function on site worked easily Love the stuff that comes in the box Some of it becomes EDC some goes in the cars and some in the zombie apocalypse storage Wish I could afford the platinum level crate

I recently had trouble with my login process I received a rapid response from Febray explaining that tech support was making a bug fix to the app 24 hours later Febray followed up with instructions for me and Voila I am back up and running Thank you Febray

Change of address

I needed to put in a change of address and went to the website to achieve this For some reason my inability or problem with the website I don t know I was unable to change the address I sent an online message about the problem I was having and received an immediate response stating the address change had been put in place Thank you for the prompt response and assistance with the address change

Prepare to be amazed I rarely leave reviews UNLESS I feel the company has exceeded my expectations or I had a really bad experience In this case I can honestly say that Crate Club definitely exceeded my expectations and my husband feels the same way We have been receiving the monthly crates since 2017 and every crate has brought my husband something new and exciting with no repeat items It has been my experience when you order something with multiple items in the container-usually there is at least one item sometimes more that isn t useful or you don t care for but not this one Every item is of the highest quality and every item is useful and amazing I would highly recommend Crate Club to anyone who enjoys high quality items This is money well spent

I have had a few problems with shipping

I have had a few problems with shipping and billing but the customer service has always been top notch The few times that I have had to use the customer service I am always treated with respect and they always get things taken care of while I am talking to them By the time the conversation is over they have got everything fixed and make sure that I am 1000 satisfied Can not beat it

Great Customer Service

Great customer service is not only the title to my review but a fact One of the recent items I received from Crate Club was defective I notified Crate Club of the problem and got an instant response that it would be replaced Then I received another response apologizing to me that the defective item was out of stock and that it would be replaced with an item of equal or great value What more could I ask for

Very Fair Easy To Work With

I accidentally renewed another 12 months of boxes and when I called support to cancel I found out I was unable to Totally my fault -- I should ve been paying attention However they were totally transparent didn t make me jump through hoops and worked with me and gave me a discount which helped a TON They even e-mailed me to remind me to check my bank statement to make sure I got the discount refund and if I didn t to get back to them as soon as I could so they could look into it Highly recommend working with these people Not only are their boxes a cool gift for a tacti-head in your life but they re nice people as well

Cherry was very helpful my credit card had expired and I kept getting notifications that my payments were not going through she sent me pictures on how to do a step by step update of my credit card info and got it all squared away Thank you Cherry

My crates always arrive on time

My crates always arrive on time While not every item in the crate is what I wanted I found most items were solid and useful especially in helping to equip my wife s and son s vehicles I especially like that they seem to find some gear that were new to me

Better than the others

Since switching to crate club I have gotten the coolest items that I actually use on a regular basis from range days to outdoors and I even use a lot of my stuff every day for work Couldn t be happier
