The support is great

I have only received two boxes so far and the second box had an item from the first box I contacted support via chat and Marie M was very polite and extremely helpful She processed a request for an item replacement then and there So far the gear has been good but I have been more impressed with their support Thanks Marie M

Awesome company

My experience was great didn t have any problems Answered all my questions even gave me a promotion code so that way when I start my crate I have a little bit of a discount and they didn t have to do that it was nice of them

Good box club great customer service from Oliver

Some of the stuff is a bit cheesy but the eyewear and flashlights knives and multitools even the watch was all pretty sweet JUST did a chat with Oliver about an account question and he cleared it right up fast and friendly Very happy customer here

Doing an upgrade

I was working on trying to do an upgrade to my crate plan The rep was super polite and worked with me with all of my questions After only a few moments I had all of the information that I needed and we went forward with the upgrade The products I have received thus far have been exceptional

Ordered a package for my son and in mistakenly put my address in for shipping Contacted Crate Club through their chat and Cane took care of me in very short order changing the delivery address to my son s I look forward to a continuing relationship with this fine organization

After seeing alot of bad reviews I felt

After seeing alot of bad reviews I felt is necessary to share my experience I ve received 2 of 4 crates so far and am very happy I priced all the individual pieces of the first as if I would order them from amazon and it came out to around 95 Having only paid I forget exactly But something like 120 for all 4 crates I am impressed
