Be careful

Very disappointed in this veteran owned company Canceled my subscription back in May just to get charged 700 today and told we never canceled and a refund could not be issued All for companies making a profit just disappointing that it is on the backs of other vets whatever it takes I guess

Really Save your money

Really Save your money do the smallest amount of research and you can find many more products of higher quality and usefulness on ACCIDENT I purchased the higher priced 4 box package around 560 Mostly just junk The third box was EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE SECOND BOX When I emailed to ask what the heck they just responded with an email offering 10 of a renewal subscription What a joke

Awful experience

Awful experience awful products I signed up for this for my son for xmas the first box he received was very subpar so I immediately tried to cancel They will not let me cancel until the entire year is up ugh The second box was supposed to arrive in March we received it May 13th and the only thing it had in it was a small cheap first aid kit and nothing else Will not recommend this company to anyone and unless you want to go through the hassle of having to cancel your credit card so they can t keep scamming you- I d save your time and money

Don t get taken like I did

Just received a BS email blaming corvid 19 for the fact that I received the same box 2 quarters in a row There are many better ways to handle having low inventory or not receiving new inventory like asking the customer what he she would would like to do I would have waited instead of getting the exact same things again And it wasn t anything that I would ever needs doubles of You also charged me 30 days before any of the corvid restrictions started That email was a disgrace Maybe should have listened to your own advice 200 00 customers better Prepared How about 1 company not trying to screw over 200000 Customers

Since the lowest ranking is 1 star that s what they get Someone gave them a license to steal from customers and everyone that signs up be prepared to be sadly disappointed in the crap they send Bet I ve gotten the same glasses cases first aid kits and crappy neck knives 3 times Even the good stuff sucks And I m being kind Please avoid these guys like Covid-19 and spend your money elsewhere And if you re unlucky enough to sign up remember to cancel or they ll auto renew your card and bill you for another year of sub-par crap

Just had a conversation with Maria M Very helpful and quick to resolve my issues This was great customer service She gets 5 Stars Unfortunately I m leaving Crate Club They don t live up to the hype I ve got too many ball caps watch caps magnifying glasses key rings empty hard containers note pads leather coasters etc No need to spend 1500 a year on this stuff

Very disappointed in the quality of items Late on the shipments continually They automatically renewed my subscription 30 days prior to the renewal date and wouldn t give me my money back They haven t sent me a box since March I am suppose to get monthly crates So disappointed in their services When I recently requested my money back they said the shipments are going out Friday I don t want any more ropes cheap knives or first aid kits

I just received my first box from crate

I just received my first box from crate club and man j wish I would ve read the reviews before I jumped on board with this company For 111 36 I figured if anything else I ll prolly at least get a decent knife out of this thing but nope I received a belt buckle and OKC para pry some cooking gear snare fire blanket fire proof document bag grease and a bag I have been receiving boxes from different companies now for 3 years and this is damn near at the bottom of that list of crap that I ve received Save your money and research these places

BEAWARE

BEAWARE This company has shady practices regarding membership You better make sure to get verification regarding cancellation or a year later they will drop an unauthorized charge for renewal Then they hide behind email and you can t talk to anyone These are horrible policies and only put into place to cheat people out of their money SHAME ON Crate Club

SCAM - no crates no returns no refunds

SCAM They show these green crates on their videos and website When you get the product it comes in a box No crate When I tried to return the box they said no refunds or returns Don t trust this company Nice bait and switch Horrible customer service Spend your money elsewhere
