the item come up on the smaller size therefore would recommend to size up however once contacted the customer service a exchanged was promised with no problem Thank you for a great customer service which was most appreciated

Car Watch Pro Dash Cam Excellent after sales service

I ordered 2 Car Watch Pro dash Cams as birthday gifts Unfortunately they were not suitable as they had no rear view camera and both recipients had suffered crashes from behind In hindsight I should have been more wise in my choice I contacted the company for a return and a refund they acted incredibly swiftly I was refunded on the same day as my enquiry which was very impressive No quibble or fuss on their part I am impressed with the reviews on these dash Cams and regret that they don t produce one with a rear view camera as I would definitely have invested Excellent after sales service and generous refunds would recommend

Well I bought the American military

Well I bought the American military indestructible smart watch from add on sky news I then read these reviews and panicked a bit The watch actually comes directly from China but then I suppose everything does The tracking email works and it arrived in time I thought the watch was faulty so I contacted support via email and they replied It turned out it was my error and it did link to app So basically the watch wouldn t be worth the full price but I would take any add like that with a pinch of salt It was delivered on time with up to date tracking There is a support section and they reply And the watch is pretty good really

I gave this company 5 star because of their exceptional excellent customer service There was an issue regarding my purchase that I decided to return the product I found it satisfying as there was no hassle at all communicating with them not to mentioned that they are based in Madrid Spain since to return the items will cause me fees they offered me full refund and to keep the items as well never in my purchasing life I was offered the same got my refund and having the items in my position I gave it to a friend who has the expertise to make use of it I receive it free so I gave it free thanks again team

I bought a hand massager as a gift for

I bought a hand massager as a gift for my wife who has severe pains in her hands due to rheumatoid arthritis However when I presented the gift to her today she immediately said that she would never use it I therefore sent an email to Ecomerzpro asking for a full refund They immediately replied giving a range of options that they could provide I replied at once and they once again responded immediately also providing the full refund that I had requested plus saying that I did not need to return the hand massager to them at all Excellent customer service and I recommend them to all users
