After renting from Sixt and Hertz for

After renting from Sixt and Hertz for many years attaining Diamond and Platinum status respectively I switched to Europcar and have clocked up nearly a thousand rental days over the past five years The Manchester Airport location offers a consistently superior level of service and on the rare occasion where any small problems arose super efficient manager Sharon Sosa instantly solved them A big thank you to Sharon and all the staff at Manchester Airport

Great front of house reception staff especially Caitlin

Everything about Europcar in Manchester airport was special Especially Caitlin who was front of house when we arrived She has a wonderful blend of friendliness and professionalism She saw to our needs so the car we rented was excellent The car itself which we upgraded was a dream to drive In fact all the stock that I saw looked very good indeed all in all a great experience

Stansted Airport I ve used Europcar many times and have always been completely satisfied with them Pick up is easy no pressure to upgrade additional insurance and drop off is great no microscopic inspection I have to mention Roman who was friendly polite and efficient He sorted out an error I had made with the booking very quickly and included an additional driver at no extra cost A credit to the company

Great service from Geneva Airport branch

So we booked a car for our long weekend break away in Geneva Switzerland using the UK app the process was easy - we booked and economy automatic car when we got to the airport we received a complimentary upgrade to a mid-sized SUV The car was in top shape and was almost brand new price was amazing no fuss no problems checking it back in simple efficient and a fantastic experience Much better than other much larger car hire firms we ve used previously Would recommend using again

Visited Edinburgh Airport I had made a mistake at time of booking was served by Andrew and he resolved my issue straightaway the car we were issued was beautiful much better than i was expecting Easy process at collection and drop off Thank you Andrew for making our trip to Scotland for a funeral a little easier We will return

Big deposit but good experience

Stoke on Trent site Managed to collect my car earlier signed everything everything was explained to me concisely and thoroughly Car was different one than I booked but was a similar car so they gave me a 20 plate Fiat 500 Was concerned about the big deposit but book pictures of the car to cover myself and had no issues Took back early dropped off keys had an invoice and hour later through email and had my full deposit back within 24 hours Renting a car can be risky but I had no issues here I d say only rent a car as a last resort though anything can happen But I had a good experience though and can t fault them on this occasion
