Great service for motability

I m disabled and Motability arranged for a hire car twice so far due to my car developing a fault that the main dealership fixed twice taking several weeks to do so yes looking at you VW JCT600 Sticker Lane Bradford - your review is coming when and if I can find the words or in fact if I ever get the car back fixed Excellent friendly and timely service from Europcar throughout But a HUGE call out for Joseph and Martin in Bradford for above and beyond fantastic service and customer care They are a credit to the company

Amazing experience with Europcar

Had an amazing experience with Europcar St Pancras London I was met by a kind funny gentleman who upgraded my vehicle to a larger car at no extra cost This my first EV experience and the MG vehicle was a comfortable drive with all mod-cons I was very pleased with customer service and the ease of experience in booking online and collecting the vehicle Highly recommended

Brilliant service Joel from Manchester airport depot was very friendly 5 stars Very clean car and the depot was spotless too Good experience overall I will definitely use them again Only 1 fault the telephone number for the road side assist is a till free number for U K So if you re international the number will not work

Another Great Service At Heathrow Airpot

It s the second time Zeshan served me at this location and his service was very good and gave a good car and very underrating On return after 3 days at night no one was there to take the car as Ash said leave it but I said no please send someone as I want to had over myself as there were some old marks on the car and don t wanna make sure I am not charged for it So she kindly asked the manager to come and he signed my car off She is very kind too Keep up the good work team

Great service great price super car super staff From arriving at the desk at stanstead rental village where Tommy dealt with me politely with respect to my age and speed To Adrian I think Ogb18649 checking the car out through to Larysa at returns the service and quality of the staff are a credit to Europcar at Stansted THANKYOU

Brilliant

Booked a vehicle for pick up and drop off in Derby 17th June-21st June The young woman who dealt with me was extremely helpful and professional despite my early morning uselessness I got an excellent vehicle for the price paid and can t recommend this branch of Europcar highly enough

Used the Gateshead branch to hire a van on 25 10 24 return it on 26 10 24 van was clean and in good order think the lad who dealt with me was called William great bloke Made it a easy and pleasant would definitely use them again in the future If I got your name wrong my apologies

Rented from Gatwick Airport Very helpful staff Vladimir Really nice guy Paid in advance Absolutely NO hassle or problems Car had a fair few dents and scratches recorded on the sheet and I made a quick video shortly after delivery just in case NO problems returning the car Just a dream Hire No pressure to buy extra insurance I take out excess cover from another insurer which is MILES cheaper Thank you Europcar

After a hard journey arriving at a car rental company and meeting such an employee is pure pleasure the reliability and commitment of the employee comes first Mr Szymon is a human being and is the showcase and face of your company I wish there were more people and employees like him Mr Szymon from Getwick airport but served us at Stansted airport Thanks to this person our holidays were completely different and we still have fond memories of our trip EUROPCAR We will definitely come back to you
