First class service at Malta

First class service at Malta International Airport Tariq was professional friendly and efficient The car was better than we d expected - self charging hybrid which was very economical Return process was quick and easy Once again staff were excellent

I hired a car through Ryanair- never again

I hired a car through Ryanair Ryanair completely cocked up my booking for my car at europcar As it was booked through a third party there was little they could do to help I ended up having to pay an extra 199 for a car which I m obviously enraged about The gentleman who helped me however was very kind and did his best Waleed employee at the London Stanstead Airport was very professional and helpful Due to the cock up and the inconvenience he upgraded my car for me too He remained calm despite the ever growing queue In fact his colleague Liverpool accent kept walking off from the desk for long periods and allowed people to queue jump

Excellent service from Bristol Airport team

Really excellent service from the Europcar team at Bristol Airport with particular thanks to Miro and his colleague Ryan They were extremely efficient pleasant and went the extra mile exceeding my expectations The return process was also extremely efficient but I m afraid that I didn t catch your colleague s name young guy with brown curly hair 1 30pm on Sun 11th Feb This was on top of an excellent value car hire deal and has prompted me to leave this review which I don t often do

Excellent Customer Experience

Helpful honest car hire

Very helpful car rental at Bergerac Gare They went out of their way to meet our needs We had no fear of unreasonable charges following the return of the car as we have experienced with other companies Highly recommend

Having had breakdowns of my mobility car europcar supplied me with 3 vehicles since march Customer services have always been so friendly polite every time i have spoken to them Their cars have been clean reliable with the last car being brand new Efficient delivery pick ups highly recommended trustworthy service Thank you to all at europcar hilsea

Excellent Service Vlad Gatwick

My booking elsewhere was cancelled the night before at 11pm with the proviso I would have another car ready when I woke up No car I hastily booked with Europcar at Gatwick and was there 90 later Despite the computer booking machine being down and quite a queue Vladimir was quick efficient pleasant tried no hard sell treated me like an adult and gave me an upgrade from a Vauxhall Meriva to a Mercedes CLS series III at no extra cost Returning car overnight was easy 5 service like once-upon-a-time
