Every box was burst and boards damaged

Every box was burst out of 7 packs is 63 boards 13 boards have damage and all are bent whoever handles these has no idea what they are doing will never buy again

My delivery was changed

My delivery was changed I was told 31st but said was more likely the 30th email on the 30th saying changed due to Tuesday and Thursday delivery in my area yes OK the 30th was a Thursday ordered on the Monday confirmed Tuesday ready for delivery So put job back full week and had to re arrange fitters

Lino not like the online image

The supplied Lino s look was nothing like the image on their Wed site the company was unsympathetic and offered us a small amount to to sweeten our trust pilot review They would not accommodate a return as we had not used their sample service even though the roll was a significant size and could be easily resold to someone who liked the pattern If they can t get their web site images to look like their products then customers are going to be disappointed and look elsewhere

Poor service 5 days late

Poor service as my flooring was not delivered on time I had to chase the delivery on numerous occasions to find out when my flooring was being delivered It arrived 5 days late and at 7 30pm Disappointed with overall experience

Three attempts to deliver product Had to source flooring from elsewhere to stop the project from being delayed They did however refund promptly

Very disappointed

I will give my review a 2 and that is because 1 it was delivered on time and 2 the product itself is OK My disappointment is the delivery driver that tore a hole in my driveway that was only laid last year and to be told that no one at this company Flooring King is responsible The company they use is their choice they pay this company to represent them and yet when something goes wrong it is nothing to do with them Unfortunately if you have a problem it would appear that it is not their problem Sorry Flooring King you need to improve your customer service

Nothing king like with this service

No info supplied on time of delivery - so just sit in for 12 hours Damaged pack in middle of pallet still not replaced as it takes twice as long to replace than originally delivery time Sarcastic staff do nothing to help Good price if you don t mind the lack ofservice Update My review was seen by flooring king and Carl sent a new pack of flooring special delivery and states he will report the problems He phoned three times to ensure order was delivered and no problems with it Great after care Everyone gets problems but they were sorted politely and efficiently Thanks Carl

Items arrived eventially

Our order was delayed from the initial selected delivery date Whilst this was not the fault of Flooring King there was no communication attempted It was only when we chased on 2 occasions as the delivery was delayed a 2nd time that we got any answers

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery piles of laminate floor were dropped outside the house fortunately stayed there for 3 days without the rain I was not informed about the delivery
