Bad communication

I placed an order and arranged a delivery date The order hadn t arrived by lunchtime and I hadn t recieved an email to say that it was out for delivery When I phoned them they said there had been a problem and gave me another date I had to change that date because of work and arranged one for a couplevof days later I had an email to say it was out for delivery but for the date I couldn t do because of work It didn t arrive so I m hoping it s coming on the date that I chose with them on the telephone Also they couldn t give a time slot so it means I have to stay in until it arrives Not the best experience so far Not sure if I would order from them again

Good range of products at very competitive pricing and good communication Prompt delivery Unfortunately let down by Gregory s their final delivery partners who had allowed our consignment to be soaked by rain and who would not accept responsibility unless the consignment was returned which we could not do as fitters had been booked

Price good and quick but

Ordering easy and price very reasonable some packages were damaged and I have taken photos just in case it s affected the actual tiles inside The delivery man rang my doorbell which unfortunately was not working He didn t knock he just drove off after putting 18 boxes on my driveway I called him and he basically said it was my problem I had to do the lifting myself I was not happy

I didn t like how on the calculation it

I didn t like how on the calculation it stated i needed 11 packs but it was actually 7 I asked for a partial refund and was told it wasn t possible I wouldn t have purchased from flooring king if I read and relised this was the policy

Quality is good price good delivery slow

Quality is good price good very slow delivery Ordered on 12 09 original delivery should be on the 22 09 Didn t arrive due to stock shortage Promised for 8 10- didn t arrive Postponed to 17 10 didn t arrive Finally arrived on 22 10 Delivery was good and product of original good quality If I order from this gents again will need to factor 1 month waiting time

Ordering online was very easy and straightforward The flooring arrived on time but not secured properly on the lorry and slipped off the vehicle As it happens only one tile was damaged so not a problem The end result is great but the instructions on how to best fit this size of flooring panel is non existent We now know how to fit this by trial and error but would have liked more help online Tile size 856 x 428mm We love the overall appearance Feels nice and safe to walk on

I have had 4 different delivery days

I have had 4 different delivery days and the tiles have still not arrivedUpdate I have received my tiles Everything Flooring king says in their reply is correct The tiles were dispatched on time and the problem was solely with the delivery I received a very prompt email from Karl and I am grateful for the way this issue has been handled and will retract my negative review

having to use a Klarna account is

having to use a Klarna account is painful you actually enter your bank details 3 times and wait for bank response codes no other firm trades like this I encountered Klarna on another site so I bought from an alternative site I did speak to office staff twice second time on door bars but not that helpful How good flooring is time will only tell

Poor delivery company

Didn t get a confirmation email when I ordered on line but my query was dealt with quite swiftly However the delivery company they used dump the heavy item on the path in my front garden and walked away Didn t even ring the bell and left the pallet for me to dispose of

Check returns policy before ordering

Ordered plywood but no longer needed Called the day after delivery to get the 8 sheets returned and was advised I m unable to return the items Advised it s in terms and conditions this particular item can t be returned The gentleman on the phone however was very polite and calls answered very quickly edit 14 9 23 - having received a call to rectify the issue today a new review has been left Again very professional customer service is obviously very important to them Thank you
