Did not deliver the order on the agreed date Was told got the orders mixed up Had the fitter waiting for the items - set the job back A shame was let down as otherwise the company was easy to deal with

The flooring arrived covered in a lot of packaging and marked as fragile but still managed to be damaged Most of the boards were chipped so had to be cut down for them to be used

My own fault I suppose but after I placed the order I saw my order 55 cheaper on another site which worked out at 25 of what I paid I also got an email saying I could have 5 of my order but I didn t get it Order did come on time and staff where pleasant and helpful on the phone

The order process via the web site was a little more difficult than it should have been But my main disappointment is that i deliberately ordered 2 x 7 5KG tubs of flooring Glue as i required the glue for 2 specific jobs I also paid more to have it as 2 x 7 5 tubs rather than one 15kg tub yet i still received 1 x 15kg tug this caused a problem which i had to work around my order was specifically for 2 x 7 5kg tubs Kind Regards Ian Capes

Have to say overall that the final result was very good but took quite a bit of work and stress to get there The lady I spoke to late on a Friday evening was an absolute star and worked after hours to get me really fast service and delivery so big thanks Dreadful IT issues and sending simple emails and invoices was a bit of a nightmare Get the impression it is just a tiny intermediary business with no stock and they just buy it in and sell it on but can t argue with the price value and service Minor issues with the samples not arriving and a promotional email which I was told the manager was not going to honour initially but with a bit of persuasion and a Wonder Woman looking after me all good

After sales wasn t a great experience Delivery driver very rude - 5 packets of my laminate flooring was soaked right through unable to use I did receive an extra 5 packets 2 days later

A mixed review The order process was very straight forward The delivery failed the first time due to damage so there was a delay getting the damages replaced before the delivery could happen We only discovered this when the flooring failed to arrive and we telephoned When the flooring arrived it appeared to be well wrapped on the pallet but once unwrapped we found 5 damaged packs it was almost like they were concealed in the middle section of the pallet We phoned FK and spoke with Karl who organised replacements packs swiftly and was very helpful in keeping us up to date with the 2nd delivery date The replacement packs arrived again appeared well wrapped on the pallet but once the wrapping taken off these boxes were damp and so therefore the boxes were compromised and damaged in places one top of the box was completely unsealed Luckily there was no significant damage to the flooring These are heavy boxes so wet cardboard is not going to be adequate protection We purchased the Quickstep Alpha Blos Chia Oak LVT flooring this time previously we had the Quickstep laminate which I loved and had down for 17 years it looked just as good when we took it up as it was laid but sadly due the extending our house we could not add to it I do regret not sticking with the laminate The LVT plank edges are quite brittle making them vulnerable and easy to chip which may account for the amount of damages Also care needed when laying as we appeared to have quite a big variation in the colour there s no pattern but we ended up lifting the floor in places as we found blocks of dark and light which made it look like two different floors I m not sure if we had different batch numbers we could not see any on the boxes but the colour difference was quite significant All in all a mixed bag

Ordered LVT from Flooring King and two other flooring accessories Fast delivery and very prompt and professional service via the chat function The quality of the LVT is excellent and they offer fast next few days delivery However it was disappointed that one of the accessories wasn t delivered got refund and process was easy and the other delivered one s colour was a mismatch As we had flooring fitter booked and already came in we had to go out and find other solutions ourselves

While communication and arranging delivery was fairly straight forward The delivery partner they use needs to be improved Delivery arrived on a pallet with no means to unload the pallet and the delivery driver refused to help or take the pallet away While this would be acceptable if delivering to a building site it is not when delivering to someone s home The driver refused to let me unload the goods until he had agreed an extra fee with the depot

Cannot fault the item and customer service Top quality and friendly helpful staff Laminate is of the highest quality also and looks alot better in person Delivery was very quick in a sprinter van However The romanain or polish 3rd party delivery driver was sheer arrogant Parked up across the road to my house and beeped his horn whilst just staring across at my livingroom window for about 3 or 4 minutes Hoping i would go out He eventually chapped the door and had a cheek to ask me if i could walk across the road and help him unload the laminate packs I said no as it wasn t my job and he walked away with his face like thunder He unloaded eventually and one of the packs ended up damaged where he had just dropped it on the ground This was resolved by Flooring King in an excellent manner though by replacing the damaged pack immediately
