Great company with the best pricing I could find on the quickstep floor I purchased I also found it easy to reach them by phone and advisor was very polite and helpful Floor arrived on time as expected and delivery tracking notifications were great Overall very pleased with my purchase

Thank you flooringking I needed delivery before the 22nd and Karl ensured the warehouse did whatever they could to ensure delivery was as expected with Xmas looming Flooring laid in time for Xmas and the quality of the floor is brilliant I m so happy my Christmas Day went to plan

We ordered from Floor King as the Quick Step flooring we wanted was very reasonably priced Initially they sent the wrong flooring Their customer service team were very helpful and rectified the problem quickly by arranging immediate dispatch of the correct product We would definitely buy from them again

Ordered our Quickstep flooring from another company who said they had stock then got an email to say they couldn t get stock until 2 months time Cancelled and reordered with flooring king who advised stock levels let me choose delivery date for the following week and sent a message with delivery time All delivered as expected I would recommended
