Arrived well packaged

Arrived well packaged quality of frame good I ordered 4 walnut frames the invoice says walnut but what I got was white shabby sheik wich I don t like and didn t go with my embroideries so I had to paint them I need to order some more different size frames just hope you can get the order correct next time

Everything arrived in good condition and the correct size My only minor gripe is the mount for one of the pictures was a touch too thin The hole where the picture goes is too big and there s not enough overlap so lining it up was incredibly tricky as the mount only covers 3 of the photo edges with the 4th visible through the mount Other than that though I can recommend the company

Following my recent review where I was frustrated at trying to return an item memory box have been in touch and have been great in communicating with me and explaining how to arrange returns The frames are beautiful of excellent quality and the fact that such a comprehensive range of sizes is available is brilliant My reason for return was only that I changed my mind rather than any reflection of the product or service I have kept all the other frames I ve ordered and will certainly be ordering from them again

Once I sussed the size it was easy

Ordering was fairly easy and I managed to get what I was after some of the options for the frame borders made me second guess myself as I was unsure if that meant the actual frame would be bigger or available picture space encroached on in the end it worked wonderfully and can only take the gushing and delight of married couple and family on the receiving end as proof of success

Great service just a couple of points

I m very pleased with the ordering process and the quality of the frames although I would really like the option of a non-reflective glass or perspex as I think this shows the pictures up so much better Also there is a glitch in the website I assumed I d created an account by default but when I wanted to order more of the same there was no record of my previous order on the system so I had to do it from scratch I couldn t find anywhere to create an account either

Service was great and frame is nice but I did think it a little expensive for mdf and plexiglass and had I seen it in a shop I probably wouldn t have bought at that price Ps Memory Box would of course been more than happy to refund me had I pursued the matter I didn t dislike the frame I just thought it a little over-priced

The frame was not of the quality

The frame was not of the quality expected Although packaging was really good the frame was also damaged on arrival this was directed to the courier services handling of Communication and reply by customer services required several telephone calls by myself before the matter was resolved Full refund was eventually received
