I ordered two frames but only one was sent and Memory Box once I pointed this out sent out the 2nd frame pretty quickly

The item whe it arrived was just what I wanted It took a while to arrive due to the first one going missing in transit I had to chase this up But after a couple of emails to customer services a replacement was sent and arrived swiftly which was good

After damage received good customer service

I bought 3x A2 frames with white mounts however 2 of 3 of mounts were unusable for my art exhibition Also bought a number of small frames they look nice but the plastic what are made of is quite fragile and get cracked very easily Not sure if I will buy from them again Update The company was very helpful in solving my issues and I received replacement for the damaged items

Ordered on Friday

Ordered on Friday - arrived on Monday - but had to pay 14 95 for this It did say next day delivery so I thought it would arrive on Saturday - no Disappointing as it was for my mother s birthday on the Sunday Beware if order on Friday it is not next day delivery I would not have paid the 14 95 if I had known this

Overall very pleased with Memory Box

Overall very pleased with Memory Box but there was an issue with a small area of damage on the perspex sheet for mounting my picture Memory Box sent a replacement perspex sheet very promptly though and I would recommend this company and their wide range of frames KS

Initially had a problem awaiting

Initially had a problem awaiting delivery of picture frames however upon contact with their customer services it was resolved very quickly They were very helpful and couldn t apologise enough - received picture frames two days later I couldn t be happier with them just what I wanted and not a mark on them Will order from them again Would have given five stars if I didn t have to query where frames were originally but as previously advised it was resolved very quickly

Well priced frames with wide selection of options

Well priced frames slightly confusing website but after a message to the company with a prompt reply we placed our order First frame arrived broken which because ours was made from lightweight polcore can happen A replacement was dispatched within days and arrived undamaged Would recommend

Beautiful frame and perfect

Beautiful frame and perfect measurements I did order a lilac frame and it came more pearly white tiiiiiny hint of lilac if you squint but it s still lovely Delivery did take quite awhile 3 days after estimate of 7 days but that may be more to do with the courier service
